Nokia prepara il successore dell’Internet Tablet N810

L’azienda finlandese, dopo aver dichiarato di voler puntare tutto su Maemo anche sui cellulari, sta lavorando in gran segreto all’Internet Tablet N900. Molto interessanti le sue caratteristiche.

MobileCrunch ha pubblicato in anteprima la prima immagine e le specifiche tecniche del nuovo gioiellino di casa Nokia, l’Internet Tablet di prossima generazione N900. Stando alle prime indiscrezioni, il dispositivo dovrebbe essere innanzitutto 3G, con connettività HSPA e Wi-Fi, display da 3.5 pollici (che consente di arrivare ad una risoluzione di 800×480 pixel) e ben 32GB di memoria interna per l’archiviazione dei dati (espandibile fino ad un massimo di 48GB). Con ogni probabilità dovrebbe debuttare anche una fotocamera da 5 megapixel con doppio flash LED. La tastiera, inutile precisarlo, sarà di tipo QWERTY, a scorrimento. La stessa già vista nei precedenti modelli. Maemo in versione 5.0 dovrebbe essere invece la piattaforma predefinita. Di seguito altre informazioni sull’attesissimo N900.

Though the renders we’ve seen show two lens-like circles near the screen, we’ve got no word on what’s behind them. However, we feel safe in assuming that its a proximity sensor and a front-facing camera.
